• There is a registration fee of £20 per full month between registering and your child starting the nursery. This is deductible from the first monthly payment.This fee should be sent with the registration form.
• Fees are only refundable where failure to attend is the fault of the nursery.
• Fees are reviewed annually.
• Fees include a mid-morning snack, a hot meal at lunchtime and a light meal at dinner time
• The fees are payable by Standing Order in advance on the 1^st of each month
• There is a 4 week notice period from the date of receiving written notice of your child leaving.
• An elder sibling receives a 10% discount.
• Fees are payable every calendar month of the year.

Early Years Funding

Early years funding is available for some parents of 2 year olds from the term following their 2^nd birthday until they are eligible for 3 and 4 year old funding and equates to 570 hours per year.

Funding is also available for the parents of all 3 and 4 year olds from the term following their child’s 3^rd birthday until they start school. The amount of funding available to 3 and 4 year olds equates to either 570 hours per year (Universal funding) or 1140 hours per year (Universal + Extended funding), depending on the family circumstances.

If your child is eligible for funding there is a minimum to the number of hours that we offer:

15 per week for 2 year old (equal to 13 hours funding per week) 15 per week for 3 and 4 year old Universal funding 25 per week for 3 and 4 year old Extended funding

3 and 4 year olds Universal funding – £878.80

3 and 4 year olds Universal + Extended funding – £1756.80

The hours can be taken as any combination of full days (10 hours) and half day sessions (5 hours).

As the amount of funding does not cover our hourly fee rate, we charge a fee for food and disposable items used whilst your child attends. The funding is deducted from the monthly fees, before they are paid.

The funding is available for 38 weeks per year and is split into 3 terms of 12 weeks in the spring, 12 weeks in the summer and 14 weeks in the autumn, meaning that the amount of funding changes in September and January. To simplify the process, we evenly split the funding over the 4 months which approximately cover each term and deduct the funding amount from the fees each month.
